To satisfy the model similarity law, it is necessary to add gravity acceleration corresponding to that scale to the structure in the ground model test.
For example, in case of the model with a scale of 1/100,  gravity acceleration 100G is added to it. This centrifuge loading apparatus can keep adding large gravity acceleratio of about 100G to such a ground model.
In these tests, the time axis scale is shortened to a square of the scale. For example, in case of the model with a scale of 1/100, the time axis is shortened to 1/10000. That is, in this case, the test for a day is equivalent to the test for 10000 days.
